Tina faints for real on the sets of Uttaran

Long hours of shooting can take a toll on actors’ health and there have been a number of incidents when the lead players of shows have fainted on and off the sets. The latest one to hit the floor (literally) is Tina Dutta (Ichcha of Uttaran). While she was required to faint for a scene, everyone was taken aback when she passed out for real. The incident took place last week. A source informs, “Tina had to offer her on-screen husband Vansh a glass of juice so he can break his fast. As it is shown things aren’t hunky-dory between the two since their marriage and the two haven’t eaten for the past two days. Vansh hasn’t had a morsel because of his hatred towards Ichcha and the new bride will not eat till he breaks his fast. As per the scene, Ichcha had to faint while she gets Vansh his glass of juice and the next moment we saw her pass out for real.” We tried contacting Dutta but she remained unavailable. Confirming the news, her on-screen husband Rohit Khurana (Vansh) said, “Yes, she passed out during the shoot. The heat as a result of the rising mercury can at times hit you and in addition to it we have some strong flash bulbs staring right into our eyes. She rested for an hour and we resumed the shoot.” Well, we hope Ichcha’s friend Tapasya is hale and hearty!
