It not only managed to seal a primetime on-air spot but also managed to impress the audience with its punchy lines, witty comebacks, and great performances.

But did you know that most of these comedian-actors are highly qualified? 

Kapil Sharma

Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma who is all set to return on the small screen with the new season of 'The Kapil Sharma Show', has a Bachelor of Arts and a diploma in Computer Applications from Hindu College, Amritsar. Additionally, he has done a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Arts from Apeejay College, Jalandhar, according to reports.

Kiku Sharda

Kiku Sharda who essayed several different characters in the previous edition of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' that went off -air in February, did his schooling from Don Bosco High chool, Mumbai and joined Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai with a degree in Commerce and finished MBA from Chetan’s Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.

Chandan Prabhakar

Chandan Prabhakar aka Chandu from 'The Kapil Sharma Show' completed his schooling in Amritsar, Punjab. He did his high school and intermediate from Shri Ram Ashram Senior Secondary School, Amritsar. Later, Chandan did his B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Hindu College, Amritsar.

Sumona Chakravarti

Sumona Chakravarti completed her schooling at Loreto Convent School, Lucknow, and Hiranandani Foundation School, Powai, Mumbai. Later, she did her graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.

Archana Puran Singh

Archana Puran Singh who was the special judge in the previous edition of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' completed her schooling from St Jesus and Mary in Dehradun and went to Lady Shri Ram College For Women, Delhi University to pursue a degree in English Honors. 

Bharti Singh

Bharti Singh completed her schooling at a government school in Amritsar and later she went to BBK DAV College for Women, Punjab to complete her degree in Bachelor of Arts (B.A). She has also done her Postgraduation in History from I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University.
