Tassnim Sheikh re-surfaces with a painting exhibition!

Tassnim Sheikh who is best remembered for the role of Mohini in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has been on a hiatus from television.. She is now back to the limelight not as an actress but as a painter, as she is all set to host an exhibition of her paintings. Tellychakkar.com contacted Tassnim who said, “I used to paint in school and have an interest in painting. From last year, I have been involved in painting full time. The best part of this exhibition is that all my friends from my painting class from the age of 13 to 75 have come together to display their art work.” On her probable comeback to television, Tassnim states, “I surely want to act and am looking for a suitable role for a comeback. I would like to take up a show with a different character, which I have not attempted before. The role should be exciting and worthwhile for me to leave my daughter and home to get back to work. I have been doing ramp shows helping various causes as of now.” Not all would know that Tassnim Sheikh was offered a very prominent role in Sony Entertainment Television’s recently launched show, Anamika, but she could not take it due to certain reasons. She was last seen in Balaji Telefilms’Kis Des Mein Hai Mera Dil for Star Plus. Tassnim, we are eagerly awaiting your return to television.
