We have shared some latest information about Hotstar's upcoming web show Adi Shankaracharya which will star some well-known names of the entertainment world.
We had earlier reported about popular actors Anurag Sharma, Suhita Thatte, Gyan Prakash, Vikram Gokhale, Subodh Bhave, Girija Oak, Parth Tiwari, Yashodhan Rana, Bobby Vats, Yatin Karyekar, Sanjay Sonu and Vikul Yadav being roped in for Hotstar’s Adi Shankaracharya.

And now, TellyChakkar has exclusively learnt that Fareha Khan and Ratnakar Nadkarni have also been roped in for pivotal roles in Adi Shankaracharya.
The show will be helmed by acclaimed writer Anirudh Pathak who has penned scripts for popular TV shows like Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Siya Ke Ram, and Mahakumbh.
He added another feather to his cap by turning producer. He has produced popular and big-budget shows such as Prithvi Vallabh on Sony TV, Chandrashekhar on Star Bharat, and Dastaan-E- Mohabbat Salim Anarkali on Colors under his banner Writer's Galaxy Studios. Anirudh is bringing a series on the life of Adi Shankaracharya who was an Indian philosopher and theologian who consolidated the doctrine of Advaita Vedanta.
A lot of talented bunch of actors is being considered for this web show and we can't be more excited.
The series is being shot in the beautiful locales of Kerala.
