It has been quite some time since the show shut shop, and the actors were busy with other commitments.
Now the show is back on public demand and will be launching on 12 July on Sony television.
Recently, during a press conference, the producers of the show revealed the process of casting Shaheer, Erica, and Supriya.
Yash said that Shaheer was the first and the last choice for the role of Dev, and when they had shared the idea with the channel, they also felt that he would be a perfect choice.
But when they went to narrate the story to him, he came with a mind to say no. Then, Mamta narrated the story to him, and within 45 minutes, he agreed to be a part of the show. That’s how Shaheer came on board.

Yash goes on to say that casting Erica was the biggest challenge as they wanted someone who looked like a nutritionist and who could act and be relatable.
When they saw Erica’s audition, they knew that she was perfect for the character as she is so real and relatable. That’s how Erica was signed for Sonakshi.
In the end, Mamta said that casting Ishwari was also very difficult, but then Supriya only was the first and last choice for the role, and when she heard the script, within five minutes, she knew she wanted to be part of this show.
Well, that’s how these actors became part of the show and won the hearts of the audiences.
