MUMBAI: Sirat's life in "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" is going to take a drastic turn once again. Ranveer recently got to know that he is terminally ill and he informs Kartik about the same.
A worried Kartik tells him that he needs to inform Sirat about it but Ranveer just cannot gather up the courage. Seeing Sirat all happy and smiling after a really long time is stopping him from breaking the news to her because he knows this will leave her devastated.
