EXCLUSIVE! Mansi Srivastava shares her views on signing Kundali Bhagya, reveals if screen space matters to her and how she manages to pick up such roles

Mansi Srivastava gets candid about her upcoming role in Kundali Bhagya.

MUMBAI: Mansi Srivastava is a well-known name in the television industry.

The actress has been in the showbiz world for several years now. 

Mansi is now gearing up for her appearance in Zee TV's most popular show Kundali Bhagya. 

The diehard fans of Mansi can't keep calm ever since they have come to know about Mansi entering the show. 

We all know that Mansi will be seen as Karan Luthra's best friend on the show.

In an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Mansi got candid about her views on taking up the show and much more. 

When asked what made her sign the show, Mansi said, ''I am very excited and this is my first time with Balaji. There is some pressure. It's a really big show. I wanted to work with Balaji, When they briefed me about the role, it was quite an important one. I thought it is the right opportunity, I think when you get a good chance you should take it,''

Further, when asked if screen space matters to you, the actress said, ''I did many shows like Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, Peterson Hill and Isqhbaaaz which was the parallel lead. There I understood that every character has a different screen space. It doesn't matter as long as you can portray it in a good way.''

She added, ''However, screen space does matter a little with the kind of roles I have done so far. But then I choose that kind of role which are important and create an impact and bring some change in Kundali Bhagya. That's why I chose this role.''

Mansi hasn't started shooting for the show yet but will embark on her new journey soon.

Talking about something new which Mansi is doing apart from her acting career is that she is all set to judge a beauty pageant and also a brand ambassador for it. The beauty pageant is Mrs Indian Queen. 

The founder of this beauty pageant is Shweta Roy who shared with us her thoughts on the same and said, ''I have always worked for women empowerment. Organising such pageants will help us connect with NGOs. I thought about something very genuine and that's how I came up with an idea and also gave the tag line ''Pehchaan Meri.'''

The beauty pageant's overall arrangement was done by Khizar Hussain.

He said, ''I have tried to given each and every contestant lots of confidence. it took me two and a half months to arrange everything. I have also urged many of my female friends to come ahead rediscover themselves as it is a very great platform.''
