MUMBAI: Kartik in Rajan Shahi's "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" is feeling helpless. While he knows about Ranveer's deteriorating health, he is trying to keep it away from Sirat and is also disturbed with the fact that Sirat has feelings for him.
Kartik tells Ranveer that Sirat might have had feelings for him, but now she only loves Ranveer and that she deserves to know the truth. He tells him that once he is gone Sirat will be left with too many questions, and he should answer them before something happens to him. But Ranveer is unable to gather up the courage to inform Sirat about it.
In the upcoming episode, we will see that while Sirat and Ranveer are enjoying a date, she is shocked to see Ranveer unconscious. He is rushed to the hospital and that's when Sirat gets to know that Kartik knew about Ranveer's ailment all along.
