Right from Amitabh Bachchan to Shah Rukh Khan, A-listers of the Hindi film industry have broken barriers and reached a wider audience of TV.
The latest celebrity who announced his small screen debut is Ranveer Singh. The actor is going to host a show named The Big Picture.

Amitabh Bachchan was among the first big Bollywood celebrities to host a quiz-based reality show on Indian TV. The veteran actor made his small screen debut with Kaun Banega Crorepati. Except for one season, Big B has been the face of KBC for over a decade now. The 13th season of KBC will be coming soon on TV. Before that, let us tell you the senior actor apparently charged Rs 3 crore to Rs 5 crore, as per DailyHunt.
Salman Khan
Salman Khan's name is synonymous with the controversial reality show Bigg Boss. Having hosted the reality show for over 10 seasons, Salman has earned more fans to his strong fanbase and is accepted by the TV audience. With every new season, the Dabangg actor reportedly hikes his fee. And if we consider the last season (Bigg Boss 14), Salman was reportedly paid Rs 16 crore per episode, according to Hindustan Times.
Rohit Shetty
Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has been associated with the stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi for 7 seasons now. The latest one, Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, is also being hosted by the Simmba director. Given the action films he directs with a comic touch, Rohit is the perfect fit as KKK's host. This season, he is apparently getting Rs 49 lakh per episode, as reported by India Today.

Shilpa Shetty
Shilpa Shetty has been judging Super Dancer for four seasons now. The actress, who was recently seen in Hungama 2, is reportedly one of the highest-paid judges on the show. According to BollywoodLife, Shilpa gets Rs 18 lakh to 20 lakh for Super Dancer 4.
Madhuri Dixit Nene
In the past, Bollywood's dancing queen Madhuri Dixit Nene judged Jhalak Dikhlaa Ja. But in the recent past, the actress has been associated with another dance-reality show, Dance Deewane, for three seasons. Wondering how much Madhuri charge per episode for Dance Deewane 3? Let us tell you, she is reportedly paid Rs 90 lakh to Rs 2 crore per episode, as per a BollywoodLife report.
Aamir Khan
Aamir Khan is among the list of big Bollywood actors hosting a show on TV. The perfectionist of Bollywood used to reportedly charge Rs 3 crore per episode for Satyamev Jayate, according to a Filmfare report.
