MUMBAI: The Tanu Weds Manu fame Swara Bhasker will essay a role of an investigative officer in Mimamsa. The film will be released in the half of this year.
Actress Swara Bhasker is all geared up to play an investigative officer yet again in the upcoming murder mystery named Mimamsa.
After receiving rave reviews for Eros Now web series Flesh, this will be the second time that Swara will be seen doing the uniform. Swara is a versatile actress and can be suited to any kind of role. She has a huge fan following and is loved by many.
While Mimamsa is considered Swara quoted “The experience of shooting for the movie was one of its kind as it kept me invested throughout the shoot, and I am sure that the viewers will be too when they get to watch it. This was also the first film I shot for after lockdown last year, and that makes the movie extremely special to me, and it helped me have a sense of gratitude for the work I do. Without revealing much, I am just going to say that the movie will take you on a journey that is layered, is mysterious, and thought-provoking.”
Gagan Puri the director of Mimamsa is supported and bankrolled by Moffy Production and co-produced by K.P Production. The film also spots Brijendra Kala, is currently in the post-production phase and is scheduled to release later this year.
Professionally besides Mimamsa, Swara Bhasker also has Sheer Qorma in her upcoming projects.
