It was previously seen how Sherlyn shows the reports to the family, Bani Dadi and Kareena fume in anger. They ask Preeta to leave the house for playing with their emotions. On the other hand, Rakhi maa takes a stand for Preeta and tells them that they were wrong in understanding her situation. She states that no matter what, she will stand for their children and support them in their decision.
After Rakhi's firm decision, the family members try to understand Preeta and Karan's perspective and wait for the reports to come. Meanwhile, the bell rings and Karan heads to open the door, he sees Sonakshi. She mentions that she is here for Preeta, to take a stand for her.
In the upcoming episode, After Rakhi taking a stand for Preeta, Sherlyn goes to Bani Dadi and Kareena bua's room and manipulates them into hating Preeta for what she has done. She succeeds in getting them on her side but Kritika overhears their conversation.
Kritika confronts Sherlyn but she denies listening to her and instead warns her to stay away or else she would do something bad to her.
