MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is gearing up for some new challenges in Sirat’s life just after Ganpati Utsav.
Kairav and Vansh don’t want to attend the school because of the Ganpati Utsav celebration but Sirat forces them.
Kartik and Sirat postpone the celebration after school but Kairav and Vansh still skip school and hide it from everyone.
The story takes a drastic U-turn when Kairav’s school teacher calls Sirat and informs her about everything.
Sirat gets angry with Kairav and Vansh wherein Kartik sends them away from the celebration.
As Sirat punishes Kairav and doesn’t forgive him even after Swarna requests her,
Surekha takes this moment and taunts Sirat’s motherhood.
Surekha’s bitter words echo in Sirat’s ears as she calls her Kairav’s step-mom who can never understand his pain.
