MUMBAI: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials have previously revealed that Operation Rolling Thunder had targeted a number of drug dealers and consumers in India. More than 9 persons have been arrested as a result of these raids, and large amounts of illegal substances have been seized.

Armaan Kohli was detained by the NCB in August and charged with several sections of the (Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) NDPS Act, along with several others in the drugs case. Kohli and the other defendants have already requested for bail, and the hearing will be held on September 28. According to ETimes, NCB would challenge the bail petition in court.
According to TOI, a source has also revealed that Siddharth Pithani, who was arrested in the Sushant Singh Rajput drugs case, is going to stay in jail as his bail plea was rejected.

NCB Zonal Director (Mumbai) Sameer Wankhede had previously informed ANI,”After the raid, actor Armaan Kohli gave ambiguous answers to questions put up by NCB. He was then taken into custody for questioning at the NCB office".
Last year, after the demise of popular actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the late actor’s friend Sidharth Pithani was arrested for his connection in a drugs case.
