Manasi Salvi, the sweet and stunning actress is very happy with the manner in which her role in Star Plus’ Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Rajshri Productions) is shaping up. In a candid conversation with Tellychakkar.com, she talked about her thought process, keeping in mind the roles that she is offered. Manasi said, “I am very happy playing the role of the mother. She is not the typical mother who dominates her child. She is the traditional, yet modern mother who has her own set of issues as she has raised her son being the single mother. I have no issues playing the role of my age. Honestly speaking, I love interacting with the youngsters and I get to learn a lot from them. Whenever I meet them, I get reminded of my college days. Everyone in my team is young, energetic and easy to approach. I have no shame in admitting that I will not look good playing a young girl or when I am romancing. When the time comes, I will be happy playing the role of a grandmother too. Acting is all about accepting the roles you get and fitting yourself in the age bracket.” Talking about her personal life and future plans, she stated, “If I work less, I can spend time with my husband and little daughter. Otherwise, I am here to stay and will accept roles that come my way. I am lucky to be in touch with wonderful people of the industry.
