Avantika (Manasi Salvi) with a changed mind went to Harish’s house to start her life all over again, and this is when she got a shock when Harish told her that he had moved on in life. Why did Harish have to say this when we clearly know that he always wanted to have Avantika back as his wife? Well, we hear that there is a major twist coming with Harish being diagnosed with some major ailment. Kajal Pisal who essays Dr. Shivani is actually the doctor who has been treating Harish.
