<em>Madras Café</em> is a simple story of a spy that is set in India and Sri Lanka. While John Abraham plays an Indian intelligence agent, Nargis Fakhri plays an international reporter. The film also stars Rashi Khanna.
The spy thriller, directed by Shoojit Sircar, is currently in production, and hits theatres August 30 this year (2013). It is a thriller set in India and Sri Lanka.

When we enquired about the cost of the film, the producer quipped, "I believe that I am making this film in a very modest budget that keeps everyone happy, safe and secure.”
Madras Café is being jointly produced by JA Entertainment and Viacom 18.
