MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan won several hearts with his Bollywood debut ‘Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai’. The Greek God had a wonderful journey over the last 22 years with many superhits, but sometimes the actor made some career mistakes by turning down movies that went on to become blockbusters.
Ashotush Gowariker’s ‘Lagaan’ was once offered to Hrithik Roshan, but the actor rejected the film. It was India's official entry to the Oscars.
Next, the actor was approached for Swades. But the actor again turned down the offer.

Can you imagine Hrithik as Baahubali? Well, it would surely have been fun watching Hrithik in the movie, but the actor rejected it.
Hrithik Roshan was offered Karan Singhania's role in ‘Rang De Basanti’. But he rejected it, and later Siddharth was roped in to portray the role.
Farhan Akhtar, who is Hrithik's good friend, had offered the role of Sid in ‘Dil Chahta Hai’. But, Hrithik opted not to star in the film, and Akshaye Khanna got the part.
Hrithik surely was not keen to play supporting roles. Reportedly, Farah Khan wanted Hrithik as SRK's younger brother Laxman in ‘Main Hoon Na’, but he rejected it.
Hrithik Roshan was offered a Hollywood movie with ‘The Pink Panther 2’, which also starred his Dhoom 2 co-star, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. But the actor turned down the offer as he felt that the role was not meaty enough.
Hrithik Roshan was the first choice to play Bunty in Bunty Aur Babli. But he turned down the offer.
Hrithik Roshan was supposed to feature in the remake of Amitabh Bachchan's Satte Pe Satta, but he rejected the movie, and later it was shelved. We are sure if this movie is ever made it will be a super hit at the box office.
Shuddhi was announced with Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead roles. But, Hrithik opted out of the film and later even Kareena made an exit. The movie was later shelved.
