MUMBAI: Star Plus's popular show ‘Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Meiin’ is about to showcase some high voltage drama in the upcoming track of the show.

It was earlier seen that Shruti is having some complications and hence Pulkit agrees to do her operation.
Just before the operation the hospital asks Virat to sign a few NOC so that if anything happens to Shruti while operating, they are not held responsible for it.
Virat feels bad that Sai is behaving badly with him and continuously calling him Mr Chavan and Shruti as Mrs Chavan.
Sai on the other hand will feel that Virat is very attached to Shruti and hence is not able to sign the documents.
Things are becoming very difficult for everyone around them as no one is able to understand each other.
