Jolly LLB strikes a chord with people

Celebrating the spirit of the common man looking for justice and drawing parallels from experiences of real-to-life episodes that most Indians have faced with the legal system, Fox Star Studio’s Jolly LLB is already the talk of the town with it having struck a chord with people all around with its promos. When we pushed him to go into the film’s detail, director Subhash Kapoor said, “In Jolly LLB you will see everyday life being presented as it is. The court proceeding that is the highlight of the film, has all the elements of drama; it’s a slice-of-life. In short my film is a situational comic film in short, where you laugh at situations that seem serious.” Talking about the rave reviews the film has been receiving, Fox Star Studios CEO Vijay Singh averred,“Jolly LLB has been getting a fantastic word-of-mouth publicity from those who have seen the film. It’s a very special film that we are extremely proud of; it not only entertains but also makes you think and reflect.” Jolly LLB, produced by Fox Star Studios and stars Boman Irani and Arshad Warsi, is scheduled to release on 15 March.
