The diva is over the moon as Pavitra Rishta 2.0 – It’s Never Too Late Season 2 is just a few days away from its release.
Ankita spoke about the show's season 2 and much more.
When the makers decided to bring back Archana and Manav on-screen, of course, there were a lot of expectations from the viewers with regards to storyline and uniqueness. With the first season being a huge hit, what can the viewers expect from the second season?
The second season is very different from the first season. This season is more of their individual lives. The second season of the series is all about growing. It's all about their individuality and then they come together.
Pavitra Rishta as a TV show still has a huge fan following. What is the major reason that even the series is able to connect in the same way with the fans just like the TV show did?
I think it’s the honesty. It's the bond that something which you feel is right. I always felt that. And coming back again getting that love again, it's no less than a blessing. When we portray any characters, the honesty that we put in that, it just can't go away. I truly feel that. The first season was also created with lots of love and the same is with the second season.
How challenging has it been to portray Archana's character in this season?
Of course, it has been extremely challenging. I always wanted to portray such a character. I never wanted people to see me crying and sacrificing. There are people who follow me. There are young girls who follow me. I always feel that it's my responsibility to portray strong characters. I never want any girls to sacrifice because sometimes it's all about you. I wanted to send out this message and we have done that this season.
Well said, Ankita!
