MUMBAI: Television actress Bhavini Purohit has finally tied the knot with her businessman-boyfriend Dhaval Dave.

The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya actress says she is lucky to have a partner like Dhaval. “We managed to spend a lot of time together as we used to live close to each other. Even our families started bonding well. Now getting married and living together feels different, but yes, in a good way.”

Ask her about her honeymoon plans and she says, “As of now, we don’t plan to go anywhere because of the COVID situation. I am also looking at some work, which may get finalised and if that happens then we will accordingly have to plan our honeymoon.”

Bhavini is happy that they have finally got married. She shares, “Dhaval and I have been waiting for this day since a long time now. Our marriage was getting postponed time and again. This time, too, when we planned our dates, the third wave struck. We were in two minds to get married or not because there were many restrictions over inviting guests. But ultimately, we decided to reduce our guest list. There were around 50 people at our wedding which took place on January 27. Even for the haldi and mehendi functions, we had few of our closest people.” They plan to have a celebration for their relatives and friends when things get better. She says, “This was a close-knit wedding, but we are planning to have a bigger function when things get back to normal.”
