Post Nach Baliye, Frames Productions to have a 'takkar' between husbands and wives on Star Plus

Star Plus and Frames Productions have given a fascinating season of Nach Baliye (season 5), and there is a feeling of ‘we want more magic’ from the viewers’ point of view. And it now looks as though the channel and production house are working out things to accommodate a new and classy concept to provide more entertainment on the same platform. Instead of the Baliyes teaming up and showcasing their prowess on the dance stage, it will be the gang of husbands teaming up to out-beat the gang of wives. Yes, you heard it right!! Our reliable source tells us that soon after the Finale of Nach Baliye 5 ends, there will be a miniseries that will kick-start on Star Plus, at the same time slot wherein it will be a battle for supremacy between the husbands and wives. We hear that most of the Jodis from Nach Baliye 5 like the finalists Jay Bhanushali – Mahhi Vij, Ravi Dubey – Sargun Mehta and Arvind -Neelu, Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal and few others have been approached for the same. Also, few big names from the previous seasons of Nach Baliye have also been offered the show. When contacted, Nisha Rawal asked us to call later. Bhaktiyaar Irani who along with his wife Tanaaz has been approached for the show said, “Yes, it is true that talks are on for a new concept. But it is too early to talk about it. And we have not yet decided on anything.” If sources are to be believed, the channel is still working on the title that will be apt for this battle between the husbands and wives.
