SAB TV celebrates the festival of colours with 'SAB KI HOLI'

The much awaited and celebrated festival spreading joy and happines is Holi, the festival of colors. Celebrated with fervor and gusto across regions in India, the festival brings joy, festivities and happiness to one and all! To celebrate this ocassion, SAB TV brings to you ‘<em>SAB Ki Holi</em>’, the first ever extravagant event that portrays different cultures and flavours of Holi in India.

The much awaited and celebrated festival spreading joy and happines is Holi, the festival of colors. Celebrated with fervor and gusto across regions in India, the festival brings joy, festivities and happiness to one and all! To celebrate this ocassion, SAB TV brings to you ‘SAB Ki Holi’, the first ever extravagant event that portrays different cultures and flavours of Holi in India. Holi binds people from different cultures and religions and douses them in bright hues; just what SAB TV does, bringing the families together to celebrate this ocassion. SAB Ki Holi, anchored by Dilip Joshi and Disha Vakani (Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah) will introduce the theme of the event through a semi patrioric act performed by artistes Balveer, Meher, Piyush, Bakula, Bhavesh and others portraying different cultures of India. Promising a combination of fun and entertainment to its viewers, the event will showcase cultural acts of different states & regions including Pahadi act, Punjabi act, Rajasthani folk dance, comedy acts and puppet act performed by popular artistes of SAB TV to a medley of Holi songs. Speaking on the occasion Anooj Kapoor, Executive Vice President & Business Head, SAB TV said, “Holi is a festival of celebrating togetherness, spreading joy & happiness with families and friends. Continuing with our endeavour to offer unique experience to our viewers, SAB Ki Holi is the first of its kind, multi-cultural event celebrating different cultures and flavors of India on one platform. Im confident our viewers will enjoy a fun and entertaining show performed by their favourite stars”. The charming Giaa Maanek will perform to the popular act, Brij ki Raas Leela along with her co-stars, Ali Asgar and Navina. Other entertaining & mesmerizing acts include Punjabi Act, performed by Shama Sikander & Karan Godwani, Rajasthan Puppet Act by Aamir Ali & Devyanka, Pahadi Dance act by Karan Grover, Pooja Pihal and Muskaan Mihani and Navrang Act by Karishma Tanna & Debina Bonerjee. SAB Ki Holi will also capture the famous Lath Maar Holi dance act by Jeetu Shivhare & Mandakini Srivastav (Chidiyaghar), Sucheta Khanna- Rohitashv Gaur and Anup Upadhyay-Kajal Nishad. Famous Langa Brothers have been roped in for a Rajasthani folk performance; the troupe will perform on traditional songs – Kesariya balam aawo re padharo mahre desh, holiya mein ude re gulal etc. Taarak Mehta’s artist featuring Babita and Iyer, Bhide and Madhavi will perform on a splendid Dahi Handi act which will represent how Holi is celebrated in Gujarat. This is not all! Adding comedy flavor to the occasion, the viewers will also get to watch hilarious comedy acts themed Black & White Holi (performed by Sunil Grover & Sugandha Mishra), Bura Na Maano Holi Hai (performed by Chitrashi Rawat & Kapil), Lath Maar Comedy Act (performed by Bharti Singh & Gaurav Gera), Rajasthani Camel Act (performed by Paresh Ganatra and Krushna). SAB Ki Holi will air on 27 March, 9 to 11pm on SAB TV.
