MUMBAI: Zee TV’s Bhagya Lakshmi has been highly appreciated by masses from the time of its launch. The show is produced by Balaji Telefilms starring Rohit Suchanti and Aishwarya Khare in the lead roles.

Neelam goes to bring Lakshmi back but in return gives her bag full of money and that hurts her self-respect.
Lakshmi is hurt as Neelam wants her to save Rishi's life but at the same time, the deal is unacceptable to her.
Even after so many efforts, Lakshmi returns the cash back to Neelam and refuses to come back home.
However, this has a shocking effect on Rishi's life as doctors give up on his life.
Rishi is on the death bed when Lakshmi feels restless and rethinks her decision.
Somehow, Lakshmi senses that Rishi is dying and at midnight, she rushes to the hospital.
Here, Rishi is almost declared dead when Lakshmi rushes in and holds his hand creating a miracle.
Shockingly, Rishi starts responding, bringing tears to everyone's eyes.
Neelam feels grateful to Lakshmi for saving Rishi’s life and the doctor calls her a miracle medicine for Rishi.
Even Lakshmi is shocked by this turn of events.
