MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan shared the first teaser for Pathaan. The film marks his comeback to movies after almost four years.
Pathan is directed by Siddharth Anand and also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Shah Rukh plays a spy in the action-thriller.
It will release on 25th January 2023. Fans of SRK are super excited about the movie. While everyone is expecting that the film will take box office by storm, Kamaal R Khan has predicted that it will be a disaster. Not, just that he has taken a dig at SRK and the film.
KRK tweeted, “Ab #Akki Ka Deshbhakti Ka Bhoot #SRK par Bhi Chadha hai. So now he is going to save the country. Lol! Are you people joking? If SRK wants to save the country, then he should go on border to fight with Chinese military instead of giving fake gyaan in the theatre. #Pathaan.”
When one of the SRK’s fans said that the film will collect 300 crores in 5 days, KRK replied and wrote, “Last 9 years Se #SRK Ke Bhakts Yahi Kahte Aa Rahe hain. Aur SRK Ek Ke Baad Ek disaster Deta Jaa Raha Hai. Iss Baar Bhi Kuch Alag Nahi Hoga. Ek Aur Dabba #Pathan is on the way.”

In the trailer, John and Deepika take turns to introduce ‘Pathaan’. They talk about how he is nameless and his one goal in life is to protect his country at any cost. Shah Rukh is seen walking out of the shadows in a white shirt and long hair as he speaks about his love for the country.
Shah Rukh was last seen on the big screen in Aanand L Rai's 2018 directorial, Zero.
Deepika was last seen in Amazon Prime release Gehraiyaan. Pathan marks her fourth film with Shah Rukh after Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express and Happy New Year.
John will be seen in Attack and Ek Villain 2 as well.
While he did not take up any acting jobs in the last few years, Shah Rukh has been busy with his production ventures.
