MUMBAI: Powerhouse of talent Karan Patel, who is known as the Shah Rukh Khan of television. Karan Patel rose to fame with character portrayal as Raman in Star Plus’ popular show Yeh Hai Mohabbatien. The actor impressed all by doing dare devil stunts in Khatron Ke Khiladi 10.
Now, are reports stating Karan Patel is most likely get locked in ALT Balaji and MX Player’s new reality show Lock Upp. The concept of the show is 16 celebrities stuck in jail and how they will have to earn every basic necessity. While the winner of the particular task will get the decided prize, the rest of the members will go through some cruel and harsh treatment just like in a normal jail.

When we reached out to Karan, he confirmed being approached for the show however he has declined the offer. He shared, “Yes, I have been offered but I am not keen on doing the show.”
We asked Karan, what's keeping you busy these days, he replied, “I'm starting a movie hopefully soon, it's in a very premature state right now.”
Are you looking forward to any television shows? “No, I've taken a break from television shows. I've done it for 6 years non-stop, so I'll come back if there's something different and new.”
