Shivangi's discovery: 

Shivangi is a multi-talented actress. She is a trained Kathak dancer and also a gold medalist in Taekwondo. The actress had visited Mumbai for a dance performance in a show. That's how it all started. Her life changed forever since then. That show's chief guest had suggested Shivangi's parents let her try her luck in the acting world. Shivangi came to Mumbai in 2013 to try her luck in the entertainment world. 

Stepping into the acting field: 

The actress gave several auditions after coming to Mumbai. She also took a break from her graduation for a year to focus on her work. She got selected for a TV commercial. Later, she got a call for a TV show and got her first break on TV with Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi followed by Colors' show Beintehaa. Post that, she grabbed Love By Chance, and later, Shivangi got the first lead role of her career. She was cast in Begusarai opposite Vishal Aditya Singh. 

Rise to stardom: 

Post Begusarai, Shivangi got Star Plus' most popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and her life changed forever. She portrayed the lead role of Naira opposite Mohsin Khan and the rest is history. She became a household name for her role. 

Transformation: 

Shivangi has come a long way in her career. Her transformation from the time she stepped into the acting world to establishing herself as a number one actress is commendable. Shivangi is a popular social media star who enjoys a massive fan following. She is also considered one of the most stylish actresses of the telly town. 

On the work front, Shivangi is currently seen portraying the role of Anandi in Voot App's Balika Vadhu 2.
