MUMBAI: Prabhas had been away from the country for quite a long time after promoting his recent hapless film, Radhe Shyam. Prabhas had to undergo a surgery which his team instructed to be considered ‘minor’. Unfortunately, the surgery has caused Prabhas 2-3 months of full bed-rest until he recovers from the medical procedure, postulating a question to all of Hyderabad, how much ‘minor’ is Prabhas’ surgery.

Regarding the same, a source from Hyderabad confirmed its a knee operation saying, “His leg had been injured during the action scenes of a film, Saaho I think. He had been advised surgery a few years back. However, the treatment was not time-specific. So Prabhas postponed it until his pending projects were done. Then there were delays due to Covid. Now he’s finally gone for it.”

The Bahubali superstar is informed to resume his work for major films including Prashanth (KGF) Neel’s Salaar and Ashwini Dutta’s Project K as soon as he recovers from the surgery. The actor finished shooting for Om Raut’s Adipurush, where Prabhas will be seen playing the role of Rama.
