MUMBAI: Neha started her acting career in 2005 with the TV serial “Saath Rahega Always,” in which she played the role of Pihu. Next, she appeared in the serials “Ghar Ek Sapna” and “Mamta.” In 2008, Neha bagged the role of “Gehna” in the TV serial Balika Vadhu” which earned her wide recognition. The show broke paths and changed the dynamics of Indian television. Subsequently, she appeared as ‘Vrinda’ in “Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev” and as ‘Urmi’ in “Doli Armaano Ki.
Neha is enjoying a blissful married life with husband Ayushmann Agrawal. The actress is juggling between two cities Patna, where she is married in, and Mumbai for work.
She was recently in for a huge surprise when her husband gifted her a Jaguar. Neha was surely taken aback as she was not expecting it.
Neha added, “I was very happy, of course very special and overwhelming but wasn’t surprised because the family is very fond of cars. It was a very obvious and easy gift to get in the family. Also for my first birthday after I got married my mom-in-law gifted me a BMW.” The actress has also developed a liking for cars, she said, “Lately I have started liking these cars but I am still quiet content with a simple car with a good milage. It makes me happy and special but doesn’t motivate me much. I am content with my basics but definitely love the gesture."
The actress had earlier talked about how she balances her professional and personal life since she is in a long-distance relationship.
"The crux of our relationship is the long distance which is working. I think because the chase is alive, the freshness is alive, we always look forward to meeting," she had said.
For the unversed, the Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti actress had an arranged marriage with Patna-based businessman, Ayushman Agrawal on February 10, 2012. It's been more than ten years, and the couple still looks so much in love.
