MUMBAI: Star Plus' popular show Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey is winning the hearts of the masses. The show is being loved by the audience. The pairing of Yesha Rughani and Manan Joshi is quite fresh, and the storyline brings back memories of the '90s. The two play the roles of lead characters Gungun and Abhinav respectively. The family is fun-loving and likes music and cricket. The show is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali show Khorkuto.

In the previous episode, Garima will come home to Akriti and ask her about the person she is going to marry.
Akriti will not reveal the name but will give a hint saying that he is a scientist at her university.
Garima will say that that is also what Anubhav does. Here, Akriti’s father will get a little uncomfortable but not say anything to her.
Later, Akriti’s father and Garima will have some alone time. He will apologize for everything that went wrong in the past. He will admit that it was all his fault and confess how lonely he felt without her and how he spent his time alone thinking about how to make things right.
He will ask Garima to come back, but she will refuse and say that it’s too late as she waited for too long. She cannot wait any longer.
He will say that he didn’t do wrong to only her but also to Akriti by snatching away her mom. Therefore, now, it’s not just him, but even Akriti needs her.
Akriti comes and says that she needs her mom not just till this wedding but forever.
In the upcoming episode, Garima goes to the Kulshreshtha House along with Akriti and Shankar, not aware of the fact that Akriti is going to marry Anubhav.
When Garima sees the arrangements in the house, she asks Akriti who the groom is, but then, she remembers Akriti’s previous replies and starts thinking that it must be Anubhav’s friend.
Soon, Anubhav and Akriti will be called upon the stage as groom and bride. This will shock Garima, and it’ll be hard for her to accept the truth.
She’ll look at Garima’s father, Shankar, wondering what’s happening, but Shankar won’t give him a clear answer. Instead, he tells her to ask Akriti, as she knows everything.
