MUMBAI: Yeh Hai Chahatein is a passionate love story between a famous rockstar, Rudraksh Khurana, and a gynecologist, Dr. Preesha Srinivasan, who fall in love while raising his brother’s son, Saransh, together.
The show is gearing up for some major twists and turns.

In the previous episode, Preesha reaches Nalini's house where she meets her mother.
Preesha asks if she knows Nalini’s boyfriend and it is then that her mother shows her a picture of Nalini’s boyfriend.
Preesha is shocked to see the picture but soon connects the dots and everything starts making sense to her.
Later, Preesha meets the truck driver and asks him who paid him for the job.
Revati and Rakesh watch the news and it’s shown that Nalini met with an accident where the truck driver is arrested. The news informs that Nalini was pregnant and the child is safe. The reporter also adds that the DNA samples of the child are saved as it will be used to search for the child’s father.
Rakesh devises a plan to steal the DNA samples from the lab but doesn't realize that it is in fact a trap. Preesha will be waiting for him in the lab as he arrives.
Rakesh is left shocked seeing Preesha there.

In the upcoming episode, Preesha catches Rakesh red-handed as he comes to the lab to get his hands on the DNA samples.
Rakesh tells him that it doesn’t matter if she knows the truth because she doesn’t have any evidence against him.
Preesha tells him that she met Budhiya’s wife who told her the whole truth and is also ready to be a witness in the court.
Rakesh doesn’t get affected by it and tells her that it doesn’t matter if Budhiya’s wife tells the truth in court as it’s not that easy to prove him a criminal just based on someone's testimony.
Rakesh asks Preesha what evidence does Budhiya's wife have to prove that he paid Budhiya to kill Nalini.
Rakesh will gloat about the fact that no one will ever doubt him as there is no one who actually saw him killing Dev and the one person who knew this truth is no more.
Preesha tells him that Nalini maybe dead to him but not the world and calls for her; Rakesh is left shocked to see Nalini alive.
