MUMBAI: Actor Mehul Nisar is impressing one and all with his stellar performance in Star Plus' show Kabhie Kabhie Ittefaq Sey which stars Yesha Rughani and Manan Joshi in the lead roles. 

Mehul has been a part of the showbiz world for several years now and has portrayed a variety of roles in his long career span. 

The actor is known for his stellar performances in shows like Hip Hip Hurray, Apna Apna Style, Kehta Hai Dil, Woh Rehne Wali Mehalo Ki, Pyar Ke Do Naam... Ek Radha ek Shyam, Tumhari Disha, jab Love Hua, Mata Ki Chowki among others. 

TellyChakkar got in touch with Mehul who spoke about her career and much more. 

You have done quite a lot of TV shows so far. Any particular role you are really willing to play for your future project?

I would love to explore the thriller genre and would want to play a cop.

TV shows get monotonous after a point. How much do you agree to this?

Every product has a life. Every show has a story. A beginning, middle and an end. If a show comes to an organic end and gets over, it will always be remembered for a very long time.

How were the initial days of your journey in the TV industry?

I have been around in this industry for the last 24 years. And I have seen an experienced drastic changes from what it used to be and how it is now.
Without being diplomatic, I would just like to say that those were the golden days and so are these. 

The actor will also be seen in Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan season 4.
