MUMBAI: Raj Anadkat, who is seen and loved as Tapu in the hit TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, will soon be seen making his debut in a music album. Raj joined the show in 2017 after he replaced Bhavya Gandhi, who earlier used to play Tapu. Moreover, the actor is on to bigger things. He shared photos with none other than Bollywood star Ranveer Singh from the sets, praising the actor's infectious energy.
In the photo, Raj is seen looking dapper in a three-piece suit while Ranveer is sporting a casual brown t-shirt with a cap. Raj posted a long caption wherein he called Ranveer his favourite actor and also spoke about the project they are working on.
He wrote, "Can’t keep calm because it’s the one and only @ranveersingh My favourite actor I adore him so much and working with him again was a different experience altogether."

While Raj is not seen on Taarak of late, he is busy with other projects. The more recent one is a music album in which he will feature with Guddan actress Kanika Mann.
Raj's role as Jethalal's son has clicked well with viewers. There were rumours of his growing friendship with co-star Mummun Datta as well, but he had issued a statement saying that such rumours have had a lot of repercussions on his personal life.
