We saw that Rishabh tells Sameer that ever since the Pandit revealed about Karan still being alive, Preeta and Rakhi keep feeling his presence.
Later, when Preeta is already emotional over Karan, Arjun/Karan arrives there and starts passing comments and this infuriates Preeta. Preeta confronts him but he pretends to be innocent.
Preeta tells him that he is trying to copy Karan and leaves him surprised. Arjun however, boasts about being Arjun Suryavanshi.
Will Preeta believe him?
