Shamshera stars Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor and is backed by Yash Raj Films. The film was amongst the most anticipated movies amongst the movie goers but it has opened to mainly negative reviews and the box-office collection hasn’t created any substantial mark.
KRK who is often known for critiquing movies and actors has now tweeted with regard to the said film’s BO collection which is less than anticipated. According to reports by analysts, the film collected 10.25 crores on its opening day. The film was released on a large-scale amounting to 4000+ screens across India.
KRK has accused the makers of the film of adding to the film’s collections. “Today Adi Chopra has given 25 lakhs more collections of #Shamshera than Friday, which is real. Saturday 25 Lakh Ki growth Huyee hai. Lekin jo Friday Ko Rs. 2.5Cr ka inflation Kiya tha Uska Kya? Lifetime collections can’t cross Rs. 50Cr after adding Rs.10Cr fake collections also.”

However, the netizens are finding something very fishy and are trolling him for the same. Some found it inappropriate to predict collections before release.
The film released on the 22nd of July and is directed by Karan Malhotra. The film is a period film based on the pre-independence time of the 1800s and follows the story of a dacoit tribe that fought against the British Raj.
