MUMBAI : The thriller web series, Duranga, which is a remake of the K-Drama, Flower of Evil, has caught everyone’s attention with its gripping first season. The show streams on Zee5 and has been doing wonders. Season 1 promised many viewers suspense and mystery, which they fulfilled. Series lead Drashti Dhami took to social media to announce the beginning of filming for season 2.

Duranga season 1 first streamed on August 19 and went on to become the highest-viewed show for a Zee5 Original series in its launch weekend of August 2022. Others in the cast include Gulshan Devaiah, Drashti Dhami, Abhijit Khandkekar, Barkha Sengupta, Rajesh Khattar, Divya Seth, Zakir Hussain, and also a cameo by Amit Sadh. Directed by Pradeep Sarkar and Aijaz Khan and produced by Goldie Behl, it is a suspense thriller with many twists and turns.
