MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the most loved and successful shows on television, being among the top 4 shows when it comes to the BARC ratings. The story has taken a significant turn with Aryan and Imlie’s death and Imlie season 2 starting.
We saw a huge leap in the show after which Imlie and Chini are all grown up.
In the latest episode, we saw that Chini lies and turns Atharva against Imlie. Atharva later agrees to marry Imlie so that she does not ruin Chini’s life.
Later, wedding rituals begin for Imlie and Atharva. Imlie promises that no matter what happens, she will not give up. She says that whatever problem arises between her and Atharva, she will sort it all out with love.
Imlie feels lucky to have found Atharva. Atharva on the other hand, thinks that Imlie has betrayed him for money and that he will always love and be loyal to Chini.
Chini feels happy inside and is determined to make Imlie feel unimportant, the way she felt all her life.
The rituals are over and the two are declared married.
Anu feels bad about it all when Chini tells Anu that this wedding is taking place because she wanted it to happen. She tells Anu that gradually Atharva will legally name everything to Chini and Anu feels happy to hear this.
Chini later finds Imlie’s journal in which she had expressed her feelings for Atharva. Chini tears the page and decides to use it as hers. As she thinks that now she is ready, Atharva walks in.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that post-wedding, Imlie and Atharva begin their rituals in Rana house but Imlie finds Atharva's behavior fishy, especially when he snaps at her. Imlie wishes to confront him but he gets into a fatal accident. The Rana family blames Imlie for this and wants to throw her out, but Imlie displays courage and saves Atharv's life. Imlie continues to feel something is wrong with Atharva, but Atharva does not tell her anything.
