Rumours were circulating around many actresses who could be part of Aashiqui 3 and Deepika Padukone’s name had also surfaced for the same.

Recently, both the stars posed together at an award function. Kartik welcomed Deepika warmly as he was already present and the Pathaan actress then made an entrance and surprised the fans and media by posing together.

The internet liked the chemistry between the two and it is rumoured that the two have joined hands for Aashiqui 3. The third installment of the very successful franchise was confirmed recently and Anurag Basu will be directing the film.

The internet is once again speculating seeing their chemistry together at the function that the two may definitely be seen together in Aashiqui 3. The makers haven’t confirmed anything on the same yet.
