MUMBAI: A lot of new shows are in the pipeline which will soon go on floors. Some are all set for a launch in the upcoming days. Rest are already on air and entertaining the viewers.
As we had reported earlier, Zee TV is coming up with a sequel to the show titled Punar Vivaah, which will be launched in a couple of months. The show is bankrolled by Sunshine Productions and will be called Maitree. We also reported that Urvi Upadhyay has been roped in for the show.

As per sources, Namish Taneja has been roped in for the show. He will play the male lead opposite Shrenu Parikh.
Namish Taneja is known for portraying Lakshya Maheshwari in Swaragini - Jodein Rishton Ke Sur, Vivek Vardhan Singh in Vidya, and other popular shows.
The show Maitree will star Shrenu Parikh, known for shows like Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon - Ek Baar Phir, Ishqbaaaz, and more and Mohit Kumar known for his shows like Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, Sab Satrangi and more. The show has also roped in Zaan Khan and Bhaweeka Chaudhary to play pivotal roles in the show.
