MUMBAI :Who can forget the adorable actress from the 90’s popular TV show Karishma Ka Karishama? The little girl is all grown-up now but has been away from the limelight. The former actress who has also been a part of Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta starrer Kal Ho Na Ho, has officially got engaged to beau Swapnil Suryawanshi, who is a certified fitness trainer.
Jhanak’s actress mom Surpiya Shukla shared heartwarming pictures of the Roka ceremony on her instagram handle and wrote, “Mere Ghar aayi ek nanhi pari… Family becomes big by god’s grace…as swapnil n his parents are family now…Roka ceremony at home…with love n blessings…Thankyou God…With blessings of our elders showering their love for us from up above…Our children r blessed, sharing this special moments with my friends…My insta family…Alll of us who have been loving me n wish th ebest for me n my family…”

In an interview previously, Jhanak told a news portal that she took a break from acting at age 15 to complete her studies as her parents always insisted that education comes first. She was then free to choose any profession she liked after her graduation. Jhanak has even been part of the Hollywood film ‘One Night with The King’. She has done Masters in Archeology and hopes to expand her soap-making business some day.
