Rajveer and Preeta's entry in Mumbai is going to bring a lot of twists and turns as Preeta and Rajveer will have to face the Luthra family very soon but before the face-off takes place, a love story starts budding between Rajveer and Palki.
The bus meets with an accident and Rajveer puts his life on the line to save Preeta.
After the accident, Palki comes in to treat Preeta and other passengers, not knowing that this is going to kick start a love story and that Rajveer is going to be his destined lover.
As Palki won’t be aware that Rajveer isn’t really a doctor, she scolds him a lot in the beginning and this only scares Rajveer and he starts pretending to be a doctor to get away from her scoldings.
Interestingly, Palki becomes Preeta's nurse where she finally gets to know about Rajveer’s truth.
After coming to know about the truth, Palki feels impressed by Rajveer and also curious to know more about him.
In the upcoming storyline, Preeta becomes the strong connection between Rajveer and Palki.
