Anurag Sharma joins the cast of Balaji Telefilms' Mera Tera Rishta Purana for Star Plus

Anurag Sharma won many hearts as the loyal son and loving husband Satish in Balaji Telefilms’ Pavitra Rishta (Zee TV). The talented actor is now back to the Balaji camp with their upcoming show, Mera Tera Rishta Purana on Star Plus. We hear that Anurag will essay the elder brother of Cezanne Khan. He will be a lawyer who will be working hard to make a mark in his profession. When contacted, Anurag Sharma confirmed the news saying, “Yes, it feels good to be back to Balaji Telefilms, especially because Ekta (producer Ekta Kapoor) likes my work. Also my dream of working for a Star network show gets fulfilled with Mera Tera Rishta Purana.” On his role, Anurag stated, “I am yet to start shooting. I will be able to talk more on this once I am aware of details.” Anurag was last seen on television in Sony TV’s Byah Humari Bahu Ka and an episodic of Adaalat. The actor also awaits the release of his maiden Marathi film directed by Deepak Bhagwat. Mera Tera Rishta Purana is an adaptation of Manju Kapur’s popular novel, Custody.
