MUMBAI: COLORS' new magnum opus show, ‘Shiv Shakti - Tap Tyaag Taandav’ delves into the first love story of the universe, exploring the journey of lord Shiva and goddess Parvati’s love, duty, sacrifice, and separation that translates into tap, tyaag, and Taandav.
Created and produced by Siddharth Kumar Tewary’s Swastik Productions, the show stars popular actors Ram Yashvardhan and Subha Rajput in the lead roles of Shiv and Shakti respectively.
The show has received an overwhelmingly great response and fans have taken to the show almost immediately its success has raised a question, of how the show has managed to win over the audiences.

In the previous episode, Shiv tells Nandi to go along with Sati for her protection. However, upon reaching the Yagya, the guard denies Sati's entry, stating that she is not invited.
As she gazes at Shiv's statue, she becomes overwhelmed with emotions. Sati confronts Daksh about his actions and asks for a resolution to the ongoing rivalry between him and Shiv.
Daksh tells Sati that there is no place for 'Kailash Swamini' and hearing this, Sati screams in anger "Pitashree".
In the upcoming episode, the moment Shakti hears Kailash," she transforms again into Sati. Sati deeply regrets her decision to attend the Yagya.
