Is Rashmi tired of playing Tapasya?

The latest buzz from the sets of Uttaran is that Rashmi Desai more popular as Tapasya is not so happy with the way her track is shaping up in the show. It is buzzed that she has even mentioned this very often on the sets. Now our source informs us that the actress has said that if things do not change then she may consider quitting the show. Our source says, "This is not a new development. In fact it has been happening since the past two months but we are hoping that this issue will get resolved soon. Actually our show's script is such wherein both Ichcha and Tapasya's track occur on and off. Hence at one point only one of them is in focus. Since Rashmi is busy with another show (Zara Nach Ke Dikha) we are not playing much with her track; however there is a very interesting track which is slated to come up for her. Even Tina has the same issue but the production house is continuously in touch with them and they know that Uttaran's story is about these four characters so their characters will simultaneously get weightage. They are and will surely remain a part of this show." We sent a text messages to both Desai and producer Pintoo Guha but they remained unavailable for comment. Tina Dutta too had once threatened to leave the show but the production house had a word with her and then the situation was brought under control.
