MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is always doing well with the ratings. The show took a huge turn post the leap and Imlie and Chini are now all grown up. Megha Chakraborty and Seerat Kapoor play the leads with Karan Vohra. The current track is about the show taking a 5 year leap.

Earlier, Imlie thinks of being a rich woman and since she can't be a real rich woman, she disguises herself as one, Noyonika Johri. She successfully gets the job of a Super Chef in Chaudhary Restaurant.
Later, Sonali hears Agastya's conversation on call with Imlie and is not ready to let the investors crack the deal with Agastya.
So she instigates the investors against Imlie's cooking style and her taste, due to which the investors insult Imlie but Agastya defends her.
When he wins the deal with Imlie's help, it only turns Sonali more furious.
Therefore, she plans on exposing Imlie when she soon finds out about Imlie's fake identity.
