MUMBAI: Imlie is one of the top shows and is always doing well with the ratings. The show took a 20-year leap; we now get to see a new grown-up Imlie, played by Adrija Roy, and Agastya, played by Sai Ketan Rao. The show is doing amazingly well and viewers are in love with the couple.
Previously, Imlie again gets caught by the police and they are about to take her to the police station again. Meanwhile Agastya apologizes to officers about coming with a speedy car. He also requested to have a conversation with Imlie and they agreed.
Imlie gets shocked by Agastya's marriage proposal and she even questions him again. However, he tells her that it will be for a few months and he will take back his complaint against her if she agrees to do so. Imlie is stunned by his sudden change in behavior. Agastya says he didn't have any option rather than doing this.
Now, Agastya keeps forth his demand to marry Imlie but it will be a fake marriage only to save his business. Imlie gets angry hearing this and reminds him of how he made a joke out of her when she lied once.
Imlie talks about how she doesn’t want to make fun of his family’s emotions by being married to him in a fake way.
As Imlie leaves from there, Agastya tells her that he is ready to pay her any amount she wants. For a minute, Agastya has a judgement that Imlie will be ready to get married but he still expects Imlie to have some self respect.
Agastya doesn’t want to be proven right and wants Imlie to leave but she needs money for Ashu and therefore she agrees to take the deal. Agastya feels bad even though he is proven right.
