MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Adhik and Pakhi’s abusive relationship.

Since Samar died, Anupama had no time for Anuj and often worries that Samar is no longer with her simply because of Anuj.

In the case of Samar's murder, Anupma and Anuj take the lead in the opposition to Sukesh Rathore.
Malti Devi is also unhappy about Anuj's dilemma and believes that Anupama should consider Anuj because she is his wife.
Malti Devi begins Anuj's provocation for Anupama by suggesting that she should reconsider Chhoti Anu as well, she also needs her.
Anuj worries for Chhoti Anu when he sees Anupama's ignorance of her.
Anuj would argue with Anupama to pick between Shah and Kapadia.
