MUMBAI: In the Hindi Film Industry’s world full of glitz and glamor, Karam Johar is the staple king of entertainment across mediums. His chat show, Koffee with Karan is undoubtedly one of India’s biggest and best talk shows of its kind.
Nudging and playing bring out the fun side of the favorite hot and happening Bollywood celebrities, with quick rapid fires and some controversies over the year, the charm of the show remains intact.
After seven successful seasons, the show is back with a bang for season eight, and what better way to start than, with reigning stars, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, making it their first official chat show experience as a couple in their five years of marriage.
The episode was amazing, with a first-ever premier of their wedding video to major revelations and emotional moments, it was quite the start.
And while, during the show, the two made quite a few revelations, during the rapid fire, Ranveer Singh when asked, who he is one other actor from Bollywood he would choose to star in a love triangle movie with him and Deepika and that’s when he took Ranbir Kapoor’s name.
Another fun fact that he revealed was that Karan Johar wanted to make the remake of the hit movie Sangam with Ranveer, Ranbir, and Deepika in lead roles. The actor also poked fun at Karan for not following through and when Karan asked them both if they would star in the movie now, they both said yes.
Well, then that is something to look forward to, and follow up on in this possible collaboration of the year.

The show has had quite a start, it will interesting to see what other pairings come on the show—season 8 of Koffee with Karan streams exclusively on Disney Plus Hotstar.
