MUMBAI: Well known fashion designer Prasad Bipada’s son Adam Bidapa was arrested on Wednesday for driving under the influence of alcohol in Bengaluru. The incident happened near the Rail Wheel Factory in Yelahanka New Town on Doddaballapur Main Road.
Adam was stopped by cops after a student named Rahul Unnikrishnan complained that he was driving negligently, constantly honking, shouting curse words and threatening him. He also complained that Adam nearly rammed into his car. A shocking video has surfaced where Adam seems to be arguing with the cop that stopped him and also spitting on the cop for being a Muslim.

Rahul complained that Adam followed him and intercepted his car after which Rahul made a call to the police. When the cops questioned him why he was following him, Adam said that he did not follow him. Rahul’s complaint also said that Adam threatened him that he knew powerful people.
The Bengaluru cops have registered a case against Adam under IPC sections 279 (rash driving or riding on a public way), 341 (wrongful restraint), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace), and 506 (criminal intimidation).

Previously in March 2022, Adam was arrested for sending obscene and abusive messages to actress Sanjjanaa Galrani. She wrote in her complaint, “I'm seven months pregnant. I know him because of his father. Last Friday night, I got continuous messages which were filthy and disgusting when I was with my husband at home. He has my number because I used to attend his father's fashion events. It was shocking for me to get such messages.”
