Exclusive! Gayatri Bhardwaj on working with Ravi Teja for the movie Tiger Nageswara, “He is a legend of a person”

In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar, Gayatri Bhardwaj opened up about her experience working with Ravi Teja, shooting for the movie and much more.

MUMBAI: Indian model turned actress Gayatri Bhardwaj has made her mark with her beauty and her acting skills. The actress in her modelling days represented the state of New Delhi at the Femina Miss India 2018 pageant, where she was crowned Femina Miss India Miss United Continents 2018 and represented India at Miss United Continents pageant.

Gayatri Bhardwaj stepped into the world of acting with Bhuvam Bam’s Dhindora. Later, she marked her entry into the Hindi film industry with the movie Ittu Si Baat.

The actress then became a part of OTT projects like Ishq Express and Highway love, making the audience fall in love with her performance and her gorgeous looks.

Gayatri Bhardwaj, after entering the Hindi film industry, has now also entered the South film industry with the Ravi Teja starrer Tiger Nageswara opposite Nupur Sanon and Ravi Teja.

In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar, Gayatri Bhardwaj opened up about her experience working with Ravi Teja, shooting for the movie and much more.

Tell us about your experience shooting for Tiger Nageswara?

To this, Gayatri Bhardwaj said that the experience was way more exciting and different than she imagined it to be, the reason being that she was nervous about doing the movie due to different language. However, she expressed how things actually turned out to be when she reached the sets by saying that her director knew Hindi very well so he could explain everything to her very well. She added that it made everything quite easier than she expected in terms of the challenges that she thought she would have due to the language.

The character in this movie is opposite to what you have played earlier. Why did you choose this character and what made you say ‘Yes’ to it?

To this, Gayatri Bhardwaj said that as she has never played such a role before, she likes to challenge herself. She added that with a lot of work and a lot of actors, it is going to be difficult to get the characters according to you so it’s better you take what you get as an opportunity. She also added how the director of the movie approached her for the character as he had her in mind for the role and said that there couldn’t be a bigger compliment and opportunity than that.

How was your experience shooting with Ravi Teja? What is something that his fans don’t know but you do as you have worked with him now?

To this, Gayatri Bhardwaj expressed her assumptions that he would be intimidating with a towering personality and said that he had a childish nature in him which makes him even look younger in nature. Gayatri added that she once asked Ravi Teja about his secret for staying fit and so young at heart to which the actor replied that he doesn’t take himself so seriously and lives as if he is still a child and that he loves interacting with youngsters just as much as people his own age. Gayatri added that she has learned a lot from him. She also added that Ravi Teja is a legend of a person, extremely helpful and made her feel so good about doing the film.
